To reject the Ecoboost is to hate the Mustang, for one cannot exist without the other. Ford can back me up on this with their 48% sales figures. Without V6 and I4 models, the Mustang would've died long ago.

I have a 18 that i daily i bought used. These modes came on it. Roush cai, blowoff valve, aftermarket intercooler, and a mass sensor. Using the in car 1/2 tree, i was able to run a 13.2. But u can save these times. The saved time that was already in it reads 11.8 1/2 run....... in the car history reports its been in a frontend mild collision. Before i bought it. But drove flawlessly on my test drive. I have had the car over a year now and still no issues. Im guessing the guy that had it before me had it detuned, and may have had a aftermarket turbo on it and switched it back before getting rid of it. But yes they are great cars and great for daily. Raced a 13 5.o and beat me have a car, beat a loud ass challenger rt, gti, a none stock g35, none stock 335i, and newer v6 camaro, and beat 2 other ecoboost mustangs that challenged me. I been thinking of taking it to the track to see where it really at before i go have it dyno tuned. This my 7th mustang. All have been v8s except this ecoboost and had a 11 3.7L. I downgraded to this ecoboost from a 18 5.o during covid with my little being born during that time my wife wasn't wrking and cost of living went up so i let it go saving me about $400 a month.

I’ve had mine for six years now (2018 base model, wheel and stripe package, 101A package). Only performance mods are COBB stage 1+ kit (CAI and OEM stage one tune by accessport), strut tower brace, Steeda clutch spring, and custom 2.5” exhaust. She’s definitely not a GT, but she’s still a lot of fun as a daily driver. Good choice! I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine 😊
